TACTICAL SCORPION GEAR is a manufacturer of quality armor and tactical products including polymer and leather holsters, accessories, weapon laser and lighting with warehousing for quick shipping times. We manufacture utilizing the newest technology. Multiple Omron controlled automated hydraulic forming presses up to 1,000,000 PSI. PLC controlled CNC tables and cutters provide repetitive quality in each product produced. A 4000 Watt shuttle Fiber laser table to provide refined cutting abilities. We have an Aramid and PE shop providing us the capability to produce almost any custom configuration for formed UHMWPE and Aramids plus soft armor.

Cleaning & Adjustment Services

Ar15/Ak47 Services:

  • Detailed Cleaning- Completely Stripping, cleaning, oiling and checking for wear and broken parts – $75
  • Mount optic sight and bore sight – $45
  • Bore sight – $25
  • Install and pin/weld muzzle brake (NJ compliant) –  $65 – $80 on incoming transfers
  • Install aftermarket trigger – $125
  • Pin stock (nj complaint) $20 on incoming transfers – $25
  • Pin magazine to nj Legal 10 rounds – $20 Per magazine
